faulty ac unitno water
the ac unit seemed faulty it made terrible noise all night i got no sleep i complained but the staff doubted me this made me quite angry also one morning there was no water available at all so i couldn't shower this stay was really frustrating

The location was excellent. It was an easy walk from the train station to the city center. Staff members were helpful and informative with local tips. Free coffee and tea were available around the clock, a nice extra.
The decor felt a bit dated, but it was still clean.
